A Tomato a Day Keeps the Fat Away!

Eating raw and healthy helps the food move thru your system so my meal plans have
been working so far... The scale said 182 today!!! So eat your tomatos! Eat some raw food everyday
low cal like celery, tomato, radish, lettuce, kale, bok choy. Do your research, it will clean your system out esp if you don't bog it down with carbs. Feel free to share any tips or experiences you have.

    1. Steaming is great for veggies you don't like to eat raw: for me it's mushrooms and broccoli.
