Skinny Arms Natural or Not?

I have a ton of mags and some images look too good to be true. I found some girls with super skinny arms and wonder if the images are photo shopped? Probably... you never can tell. Leave me your thoughts....Natural or Not.

This gum comes in other flavors too!! Fruit, cinnamin, & peppermint. It only has 1.7 calories per piece and Will NOT stick to your teeth or dental work..  Other gum that is sugar free has aspartame in it and it will errod the lining of your mouth if you chew it alot. This gum won't do that. You can tell your so called well meaning friends no thank you to their gum and candy because you have to use this because it is better for your teeth. Check for it at a vitamin or health food store near you! I have used it for several years now , why it isn't mainstream yet, I don't know...

Walk it OFF! & Honesty

What led me to walk the mall and an entire antique store twice? Fear, anxiety and a mini panic attack when I could not find my phone... you know the one that has all my info and passwords on!!! I had gone to another town to shop and on my way home discovered I didn't have my phone so having to backtrack 10 miles and re-trace my steps before all the stores clothes kicked up my adreneline and probably my bloodpressure. Well, after all the freaking out, it was finally at the last store I checked, which should have been the first one because it was the last place I went and left my phone. But no I decided to re-trace my steps in the order that I originally went there. So instead of going to the last store I was at first, I went back to the first store I was at and started all over, does that make sense???
Finally the girl at the store I found my phone at told me which employee found it -- I went right up to him and said you saved my life finding my phone. So I gave him a monetary reward he was shocked.
HONESTY is the best policy esp when no one else is looking. It is very rare for someone to do something they don't have to do so This guy is def going to be given a good review when I fill out the store survey because In my eyes he went above and beyond in a world where most people feel it is finders keepers. So that was yesterday, my legs are so sore.... Being so stressed too made me blow my diet out of the water because fam had subway, and so did I.... but I was starving..... haven't you ever been starving... My scale though did not know it because my metabolism was going at high speed I am staying at 180.2. So get moving, do something.... you will burn calories.... and be honest with yourself and others...you just may be rewarded.

Losing It & Clothes

181.2 lbs! Yes, I am losing it!!! This loss is one that will hopefully snowball. Yes there are headaches, stomach aches, tiredness, but I had that at times anyway from overeating, food additives and being lethargic. You cannot stuff your face and think it will stuff your emotions down, they will always resurface. So keep up your motivation and just stop it! Do Not under any Circumstances reward yourself with food. Food is addictive. You do not want to be an addict. Reward yourself with small things along the way, and bigger things for bigger milestones. Shop at  Clothing stores for juniors to motivate yourself. Yes even if you can't fit into the clothes yet. A Tomato a Day Keeps the Fat Away!

Eating raw and healthy helps the food move thru your system so my meal plans have
been working so far... The scale said 182 today!!! So eat your tomatos! Eat some raw food everyday
low cal like celery, tomato, radish, lettuce, kale, bok choy. Do your research, it will clean your system out esp if you don't bog it down with carbs. Feel free to share any tips or experiences you have.

PMs & chocolate

Give me Chocolate or Give Me Death!!! I had to have a chocolate bar....
so I caved.... It's PMS... and craving sweet and salty... argggg. It was really good
to my tast buds, but not so much to my stomach.
Mama always says Don't cry over spilled milk.. So I can't beat myself up.
the best think is to control the damage, thus my meal plan for rest of the day...
 
 
Meal Plan:
1/2 tomato
1 paper thin ham slice
lettuce
coffee.

 
I found a brand of ham that is sliced so thin you it is 75 calories for 4 slices!!!

Letting it All Hang Out = Not Really..

Obviously I have let it all hang out or I wouldn't be in this position of weighing the same as a newborn whale. The scale doesn't lie - the one I bought 2 years ago- yes it is still working and getting a lot more use recently - only because the resistance to smash it to pieces with sledgehammer was slightly less today than yesterday. Yesterday It said 185.5 lbs. today it said 184.2. So my not eating a red lobster yesterday with the fam paid off. I had coffee.  Meal plan later that day was
4 small grilled chicken nuggets and fruit cup of strawberry, square of cantaloupe and 4 grapes.
Afternoon of shopping I got starbucks coffee and a new top- yes it was my size to cover up my fat- Although I am a firm believer that just because they make it in your size does not mean you should buy it, much less wear it. Do Not under any circumstances let it all hang out - esp if you are fat. You can see fat on any of the JAN 2013 edition magazines that tell you who had the worst and best bodies of the previous year-trust me fat ain't pretty.( I know I bought all the magazines for thinspo)! You may want to take a fat photo just to justify to yourself and remember how far you have gone, and how far you have to go. Like for before and after shots. Up to you.
 Before bed I had small wedge of cheese, so hopefully my stomach wouldn't growl in the night. Its awfully lonely and hollow to have gnawing hunger in the night. But If I had any sort of self control I would not be facing this type of deprivation right now. It is your own fault, Nobody makes you fat but YOU. Anyway my weight scale has a cool feature that if you loose weight, the minus sign lights up-- happy, happy, happy. And if you gain weight the red plus sign lights up... sad sad sad....
I want to be a minus for a long time.... and a little secret.... spring break is coming with warm vacation weather and swimsuit weather...I refuse to buy another fat swimsuit...what about you?

Today I woke up to my stomach trying to eat itself! arggg.. then the fam wants to go to IHOP and the movies after....nooo... That's 2 places for sure that will test the man of steel's will power. I wanted to get a pedicure and go shoe shopping to keep my mind off of food. What to wear on a day like this? Clothes that would fit better if I lost a few pounds!Why? to remind myself that there can be no cheating. If your clothes are already too constricting - they bunch up in the wrong places, you have to work to get them buttoned or zipped, then that is your sign to do something....Today also I have to pick up some zero calorie foods like celery and bamboo shoots. Don't bother with diet drinks they have too many chemicals in them that have been proported to stimulate your appetite cravings because your body does not get the signal that it has had something to eat and should be full--so you think you need more....Just drink water or coffee and tea plain!!! Todays goal is also to get on the scale so I can see what I am dealing with in cold hard numbers and watch it go down every day this year.... You Have Got To Start Today...find a diet,  Don't think about it, Just do it......
