Give me Chocolate or Give Me Death!!! I had to have a chocolate bar....
so I caved.... It's PMS... and craving sweet and salty... argggg. It was really good
to my tast buds, but not so much to my stomach.
Mama always says Don't cry over spilled milk.. So I can't beat myself up.
the best think is to control the damage, thus my meal plan for rest of the day...
Meal Plan:
1/2 tomato
1 paper thin ham slice
lettuce
coffee.
I found a brand of ham that is sliced so thin you it is 75 calories for 4 slices!!!

So if you are starving you can have 2 of the above roll ups for less than 50 calories!!
